Our quiz for children is available in the Coopmanshys for visiting children to hunt down the answers and can check them with our receptionists.

We offer tours for school groups. We provide a guide who gives an age-appropriate tour, after which the children do the quiz.

A wonderful heritage learning programme is being developed in partnership with the other culture providers. For the youngest children (approximately age 5), Edam Museum is developing a programme based on “The Mermaid of the Purmer”.

For group 5 children (approximately age 8), we are developing resources based on Trijntje Keever, the tall girl, plus the other two “miracles” of Edam.

As soon as the learning track can start, all schools in the municipality will be notified.
